William Ehrlich

William Ehrlich was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the El Paso Bar Association. William’s areas of practice include Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Real Estate Development and Consulting, Land Use, Residential, Commercial and Bank Lending, Mezzanine Finance, Construction Law, Residential, Multifamily and Commercial Leasing, Foreclosures, Corporate Law including Business Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Partnerships and Asset Protection.   

William has previously been recognized by Texas Monthly magazine as a rising star super lawyer in Texas.  He represents several of the largest commercial, residential and multi-family real estate developers and owners in El Paso, Texas along with mortgage and real estate companies, brokers, agents and individual investors.

Herbert Ehrlich

Herbert Ehrlich was born in New York City and moved to El Paso, Texas as a teenager.  After graduating from the University of Texas Law School he became a member of the Texas Bar Association.  Shortly thereafter he also secured his license as a Certified Public Accountant. Herbert moved to El Paso, Texas in 1963 and is a member of the El Paso Bar Association. He was employed and quickly became a partner in the law firm of Lipscomb, Fisk, Cox and Ehrlich. He left this law firm and established his own firm in the early 1970’s and now practices as a partner in the Ehrlich Law Firm.

Herbert Ehrlich has represented and consulted many of the local real estate developers and investors in commercial real estate. He has represented local wholesale and retail businesses, out of state commercial collection agencies and established a bankruptcy practice. In addition, he served as a Trustee in U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, El Paso Division for approximately four years and handled all sorts of commercial bankruptcy cases in that capacity.  He has from inception established and maintained an estate planning and probate practice. He has counseled and represented his clients regarding their accounting practices, employment matters, financial affairs along with federal, state and local tax matters. Herbert limits his practice to those areas described above.
